Seemed to be one of the rarer spawns in the zone even with 4 potential PH spots in the house.
CC the hynids, and kill the named. He will just resummon the adds if you kill them.

Spawns with 2x "a Vicious Hynid" pets. You can snare pull him. His pets will path back to the spawn point & do not assist if not in range. They also do not despawn once Handler is dead.

I believe killing Animal Trainer Kayzlc will give credit for the hunter achievement. It's possible I got it as a fluke, but see my comment there for more info.

this guy spawns not one but TWO pets and i popped him by clearing the 4 ph's in the hynid room. I dont think he summons or I just didnt do enough dmg to him (750) however he does flurry and can be rooted/snared. Tough solo for even a fully equipped Time druid.

Ok, just a little time and practice and I solo'd this guy. Pretty standard druid root/nuke/dot tactics once you get him seperated from his two pets and out of the way of potential adds (hard in that zone). He does NOT summon. Max hit on me (a druid with 6500hps and 1500ac) was 950. I seperated him from his dog friends and beat his a$$ around the corner of the building.

He spawns in one of the bulidings near the Qinimi entrance. The building which has the caged Hynids. The one time I've seen him he spawned right in front of the cage.

he can summon a pet not a player all guys here are kitable. except the taskme\aster stay away from her unless u are average rade lvl 65 and ull raid of uber peeps

Yes, he does summon.
Yes, In my two kills he has come with the pet shown in screenshot.
Yes, he is snarable. I didnt try and root him but generally if snare hits, root will too.
I wasnt tanking but I believe the pally said he was hitting her in the 800-1k range. Swings pretty fast too.
He's a pretty easy one group kill. I was the only elemental geared char in my group.
