Found him even to 11. Harmonied the dogs and then casted a DoT to pull him away from the house. he lasted all but thirty seconds to a druid with patchwork armor.

Yes, the dogs will assist him if attacked.

He is in the SE corner. In a small hut guarded by two wolves named Rufus and Cozy. Not sure if attacking him argos the dogs or vice versa. conned indifferent to a 54 wood elf ranger.
He paths (very slowly) in this area (the southeast of Misty Thicket). I was following him about waiting to regen some mana.
