Can anyone confirm that the drop rate for the Fabled RoA is 100%?

Hunted SRO for months the other nite first time i saw these brute...easy kill...dropped both rings..
has anyone actually seen the fabled version in oot? I've only had the regular pop.

I went to Sro because someone said Fabled Terrorantula was up (/cheer a new mob!) and lo and behold this **** was scooting around like he owned the place. I must have spent 2 weeks of my life hutning for this ******* when I needed Jboots, but he was getting dropped just out of revenge now. Ridiculously Easy for 62 Bst - I killed him within about 2 min of squishing Fabled Terrorantula who was way harder. He dropped both Fabled and regular ring of Ancients.
He conned yellow to my 48 Wood Elf bard.

The Fabled Ancient Cyclops hits for 357, summons, rampages and cant be snared or Rooted like other Fabled mobs was a easy kill for a 61druid and 65enchanter all we did was slow him and nuke the freak out him =D dropped Fabled and normal ring used in the jboots quest killed him two times in south ro and both time dropped two rings Good luck =-)
