Had my 29 druid in EK just to explore.......killed Broon, who was standing in the river. I check track and The Fabled Proon is at the top of my list. I track him, turn around, and see him running right towards me. He chased me all the way to the NK zone. He was running pretty quickly, but I was on my horse and beat him to the zone line.

He's definitely in East Karana. From Druid ring, head toward the river and kill the cyclops that is usually standing in the water. After he dies, Proon immediately spawns nearby. Tracking helps.
This mob is listed in the wrong zone ....dont look for him in western karana...i havent seen him there, but, I have killed him numerous times in eastern karana and equiped my lvl 20's with the arms (3)....soloed with 70 pally not dificult fight for me but does hit as high as 645 on a 1900 ac 10k paly, summoned once when i used a blowback stun.....had to heal some.....used HOT...finished with 70 percent mana (out of 6.2k)...he spawns within 60 secs of killing his little brother...havent camped the "cousins" in western karana but have killed them and no sight of this mob there....and i agree that the fabled vambs off fab grimfeather are nicer but much harder to spawn...havenet suceeded yet/peace

He is in the 6th Anniv. Just spawned in EK after I killed Broon.
I can't believe the crap loot this guy drops as a level 55, summoning, hitting for 450 mob.
My 37 bard would rather have 45 hp fabled crafted vambraces than the piece of junk that is the fabled lambent vambraces.
Too bad he summons.
My bard at level 30 soloed normal Proon. It took him about 30 minutes though.

he got buffed abit in the patch on the 23rd.
he used to be 42 or so, but now he's 55.
not sure on his hit since I wasn't tanking him, but the older fabled version hit for around 450.
he now enrages at low hp

i just spawned him. he was yellow to my 54 rogue.

He was even to me, with my 42BRD, so I decided to go for him, as I normally can solo reds if they don't resist my Chants too often. TFP cannot be slowed, so I kept Selo's on the whole time, just running circles around him and using the Curtailing and Disease chants, since Fire wouldn't stick at all.
I noticed things were hardly putting a dent in him, when he went down to 98% after a minute of the chants, and I thought I might be a while, but no, it wasn't a while, as a hit for 400+ stunned me enough for him to finish me off with other hits, ranging from 100-300dmg.
