Had a group of 8 ranging from 72 to 80. We took him out pretty easy. Nothing fancy just rush in and kill him. Actually he was a lot easier than the previous 2 before him. He does 3 things,
He changes shapes
He has a Curse that slows casting time
He Mem Blurs himself so watch the aggro
Also dropped Versluierd Fungus along with some of the other things listed above.

This is the final mob of the Ikkinz Raid 1 (Righteousness) trial.
When hailed he says:
Spirit of Tunik Tamuik can't see you nor does he know your name. He blinks as he regards you as a trusik. 'You have made it through the trials of this sanctuary. The Guardian of Righteousness was my creation and will be forevermore. It is a ward against those who are not worthy and a test to those trusik priests who believe they can become the highest among priests -- the Vrex. You are most talented to have made it this far. Now, though, it is time for me to rest. I left something with my creations that you should have with you, correct? Hand it to me now.'
To activate him, you hand in Decaying Spirit Shawl from Crumbling Monolith.

Cant track him either BTW just so yall dont get discouraged if you dont see him on track

Yes this mob is considered Undead.
Definately a fun fight to watch. Doppleganger mobs dont make many appearances in EQ.

Drops ONyx Ring of Prayer and a +4dmg augment for 2handed weapons only. The guardian of Righteousness also drops the leggings
