I have been told that she has a PH but not where. I know that Dedgerex is a random spawn off a number of PH's, but I am not sure if these Pxxt mobs are the same way. We know she spawns on a certain side of the arena but not exactly where. If you know where the PH is please do tell!

no ph at all. At specific time intervals a mob will pop and roam into the arena, and they can be any of 4 named, though most often they are regular mobs. You dont even have to kill the regular mobs when they pop to spawn the named, just let them kill some slaves then roam out of the arena and depop

Maybe its because the classes that has posted how easy she is, dont melee the mob and therefore:

As a 65 necro, I casted snare when she was engaged with a Yunjo, and after that damn pet had despawned. It was resisted, I ran and sent in pet, FDed a bit away, then got up and tried again. She was beating on the Yunjo, so my pet lived... A few ED got aggro, and I FPed and BOTed her.
The Yunjo made the whole thing easier Im sure, but I resnared her at 50%, and she reflected soon afterwards. After that I just TOMed her down. Caster mob or something, dropped easily enough. Dropped boots, which I sold for 10k on Morell Thule.

Like all the Arena named, its generally good idea to wait till they engage a yungo, then cast root(less aggro and lands more usually wont pull mob after 1 resist) then snare.
As for the reflect spell all the half human half insect name seem to cast it at 30% health

Curious, being plate classes only, are they plate look, or chain like so many "scale" items are (even if they ARE for plate classes only)?
Plate look... can be one grouped by a good group of high 60's... we aggro-kited her... and i'm very happy with my new pants.

She spawns on the opposite side that Pixtt Kekken does. Not down in the courtyard, but up on the stadium looking thing.
We got this wormy named girl in the very Coliseum. She was pulled down there so I don't really know where she spawns, but I guess in the pit.
She was white con at level 61 so she is 61 for sure. She was killed so quickly that I didn't manage to get a neat screenshot of her, maybe one of my guildmates did and you'll have one soon ;)
The necklace off her was pretty cool, they reduced the req/rec levels in GoD, that's not bad.
