For an idea of their HPs, I randomly killed 10 of these from all over the zone. One on one, no heals, strictly melee damage, went as follows:

1 - 912
2 - 900
3 - 998
4 - 966
5 - 899
6 - 922
7 - 1003
8 - 986
9 - 948
10 - 925

So they have on average 950 HPs, give or take depending upon level and buffs.

This is the most poorly designed quest I have seen yet. Though the spell is for level 20, its nearly impossible to get it until you're in your high thirties and have some good help. This is because those froggies (though green) agro like crazy with evrything around them. FV is not an easy place to hunt. Additionally, the Nok Shaman powder may or may not be "shaman powder". I have yet to see "nok powder" drop off a Nok shaman, but shaman powder drops all the time. So, I tuned in my items today (all at once) and was told they were not what she was looking for - there-by losing all the items that took me 20 levels to get. Anyway, I know some people completed this quest in 20 mintues with their uber friends or twinked characters, but for the average enchanter out there, this quest simply is not worth doing. Just my opinion. I wish you all luck. Shaman powder didn't work for me.

If you cant solo smething that is white or blue at 31 with a druid, you need to try a Necro or go get yourself a sword and find a goodgroup.

The powder he drops for the Enchanter quest is actually just called Shaman Powder. Other froggie shamans in the zone drop this, but only the powder off this little hopper is the right stuff. Conned blue to me at 30 and took me 2 tries. (oh, by the way, if your bound in Firiona Vie and your in Earth Elemental form, DON'T GATE! =)

I've foudn these in the north part Firiona Vie zone. There is a stone lizard head in the ground near the west zone edge and they wander nearby.

Con - Blue to a level 30 Druid
Faction - Kunark Frogloks (goes down)
