Per my log, the Weapon Master does NOT cast any AE spells; the only spell she cast was Gleaming Armor on herself.
The Master's Apprentices that spawn each cast one of the AE's listed above.

Master doesn't have to mean male. You a female can be a master at wielding all weapons. a Weapons Master. It's referring to her skill with arms, rather than her title.
You have to get four NO DROP weapons parts: Broken Sword Blade from Pxet Elite Blademaster, Jagged Spear Tip from Pxet Elite Spearmaster, Tarnished Knuckles from Pxet Elite Brawler, and Chipped Hammer Head from Pxet Elite Hammermaster.
Gather a raid force and give the four parts to Smith Rondo. This will attract the attention of Weapon Master Vtiink Vzaan himself. Kill him and his apprentices.

I don't think this guy himself AEs. We did him a couple nights ago, and it was his apprentices that were AEing us, 1 AE for each apprentice. Once we had them parked and engaged the weapon master, I saw no AE messages or effects.
This post is correct. Vzaan has no special abilities on her own, but her 4 apprentices that spawn with her have their own respective AE's. All 4 of them are level 68 and hit for around 1300. Once you kill Vzaan, the Smith will become KoS and must be killed. He hits harder than Vzaan (3kish) but has alot less HP. Hard to say which one is more difficult, but neither are very tough.
His ghost will spawn after you kill him and remain up for just a short time like a Planar Projection. Hailing him acts as a flag for bypassing 4 of the 6 trials needed to get Kod`Taz access.
My main concern is how powerful and how large the raid force is that is required to take him out. Also, one person mentioned that this mob was killed even with a "bad pull." What advice do you have as to the best way to pull it?
He dropped Blade of Ornate Symbols and shield for us tonight

Crumbling Blow Spell Effect: Cover your opponent in crumbling earth, causing 175 damage and briefly stunning them. This effect works on creatures up to level 2000.
It's a partial typo: the printing is supposed to display the effect, and the stunning is supposed to be for 2.000 seconds. However, they wrote the description the wrong way.
Spell is described here, notice the 2nd parameter value?
he also drops a wrist item much like my paladin ele wrist but has time effect = 35atk 5 mana regen some small difference in stats same ac droppped some 1hs the second time we did him with a stun dd proc
