This guy drops the Writhing Mass of Insect Larva for the BIC quest. Killed a lot of other mobs, sludges and acid larvaes mostly and didn't see the drop. Killed 2 of these and second one had it. Also had a Glob of Mud. In the Crematory from Gamesh.
