Turn around and talk to Orgmar, the dwarf behind him. he took the ghosts bag , got scared and threw it away he wants you to go get it and give to ghost.

kos to a 55 iksar monk (cazic thule)
seemed not to attack (did stand nearly on top of him)
mumbled something about "bag .... sewers...."
responded to a hail with "the dead ... comes to us all"
(mayby i made some false translation , was on the german server)

is a gost , that haunts the dwarf "Orgmar" in the same room , seems to lead to a quest ...

Was KOS to me, too (Dark Elf Necromancer). Didn't attack, although I didn't try to talk to it. Scowls and just sits there, like the city exterminators. Maybe he wants rat whiskers.

Conned scowling ready to attack to a half elf bard who worships Tunare... I'm pretty sure she's kos to everyone.
She looks like one of the GoD native ghosts. I was in the same exact room with her. I was following a drunk guy, and he stood right in front of it saying "Did I just see a ghost? Must be the beer" or something to that, then I conned it... Must have low aggro range or something, because I was pretty close and friggin scared

Just and FYI, he conned ready to attack a Erudite Necromancer who is factioned with most good (and evil) races....
