There must be a small quest with this guy. There are at least 4 NPCs who refer to him and his crew (particularly about moving crates).
I cant get a response from him yet (just growling). There are 5 targetable crates in the hold (hehe all con red to me) but I can't lift/drag them.
There are a few references to the amount of strength you need (mine's maxed at 255 for the time being....but I cant seem to get anywhere).
Anyone else gotten anyhere with this?
