I was pulling near him earlier. He cons indifferent to me and a snow griffin flew right on top of him and he did nothing while my pet was hacking at it. Then I pull a rhino. When the rhino came in range of him, he immediately jumped on my pet. I sat to memorize gate and he turned on me hitting for about 177 dmg. I FD, he turns back on my pet. I memorized gate. By the time I finished casting, he (and the rhino!) was about 1 foot away from my face...

Not sure what made him attack me but just beware.
