There were three goblins in the camp until a day or two ago. The first goblin you encounter is no longer standing by his tree. Where did he go??
about a 15 min spawn didnt see any one post it

Went to the specified camp - +1200, -1400ish - and cleared the first round of regular goblins and the blade of nobility dropped off one of them.

Ok so one day i was goin to a LDoN and i ran into and agroed these guys on my bard (lvl 27) and so i had crazed and the goblin both DB they hit mid 50s sometimes and they only got me to 60%hp it was a piece of cake easily sliced!

I was poking gobbies to help a friend find their quest armor bits. Found these. The were green as grass to me but as I assumed these were like the regular gobbies, I pulled them all so I could AoE them.

At level 53, they took my health down to 45% and were able to interrupt my spells - a lot. I think I'm only alive because I was able to heal myself.
I'd have to imagine these are *serious* undercons to anyone who cons these as blue or white.
Make sure you can single pull 'em is all I have to say.

I'm a 30th level Bard kiting these things with my first chant song. They con DB some white to me. Good XP, decent loot for soloing. Worth checking out.

Had one chase my 13 mage towards the crossroads coming from the PoK stone. He was on the trail. A 35 shaman killed him and said he conned Dark Blue. The levels are way off lol.

Also, In the Crazed Goblins place, the placeholder is a Goblin, and for my Blade of Nobility, it dropped off the Goblin.

Three spawn, one is out a bit from the statues near a ravine, and another in front of the big dwarf head statue, last is up the hill a bit. I get aggro whenever I walk behind the statues to pull him.
Easy to solo at level 42, mostly light blue and green.

The level range listed here is a horrible lie, these things are in the high 20's, and can be as high as 30.
They're found in the little alcove directly east of the POK book. There are three at a time there (far apart enough to not aggro the others when you pull one) and take about 10-15 minutes to spawn again (never timed it, just estimating).
They drop fine steel daggars (3pp in value), chain link armour (2-3pp in value), goblin meat (1sp in value), and some drop Blade of Nobility, which is used in the Ghoulbane quest (Paladin sword, although also used in the Shadow Knight epic).
