He is in Effreeti type folks in it. When you come into the room he is in the oposite corner.

Buy a Veeshan's Key from the Key Master on the first island for 1 copper. Then use it on a port-pad on that island to port to the quest room with the Efreetis.
Locate the Efreeti named Drakis Bloodcaster and hail him.
say "I am ready to begin"
then
say "I wish to be tested by Jzil"
And Jzil GSix will spawn.

Drakis handed me a book called Shadowy thoughts after saying the first statement. I said the 2nd statement and he prompted me to hand the book back to him when I was ready... this spawned Jzil GSix.
By the way, at this time, this info was missing from the full walkthrough of the epic. I would have been stuck without your post Tecknoe... thanks.

You have to talk to the djinn guy to get him to spawn i beleave if i remmeber correctly he asks who you want to be tested by and you tell him jsil and he despawns and jsil spawns in his place

where is this guy at? hes not in the quest hall where the djinn lookin guyz are
