For an idea of their HPs, I randomly killed 10 of these from all over the zone. One on one, strictly melee damage, went as follows:

1 - 221
2 - 229
3 - 206
4 - 192
5 - 193
6 - 199
7 - 213
8 - 239
9 - 252
10 - 257

So they have on average 220 HPs, give or take depending upon level & possibly buffs from surrounding necromancers.
