Wejnir D`Vir is wiping the mud from his boots as you approach him. He does not appear to be particularly pleased at having to undertake this exercise. 'What is it? Can't you see I'm busy?' Wejnir D`Vir stares at you for a moment and then sighs and turns back toward his muddy boots.

This mob can be targeted, but can't be cast on. I didn't test to see if he could be attacked, but I'm assuming not. Pity - I wanted to see what kind of shield he carries :)
On the other hand, he didn't assist when I pulled the scorned shiphands from the camp either.
