Saw this NPC over to the South of Kaladim front gate. He was past the goblin camp back in the woods. Looks like a human NPC Paladin and con'd indifferent to halfling druid. When Hail'd did not respond.
Spelling of his name appears wrong here from what the name of the NPC was that I hail'd.
If he is Quest NPC for who and what?
