Enchanter quest/kill mob

This mob is a triggered spawn as part of the evil version of the enchanter quest to get the Illusion Guktan spell.
Took her down with my 58 enchanter, 70 rogue, 70 tank merc (not strictly necessary, ranger could have tanked her with defiant gear/aa's), enchanter pet, 58 wizzie merc -- with all that the fight was over fairly quickly.

Spawn: triggered by a quest turn-in
Loc: roughly pos 800 neg 300 (moves around, I don't have his exact loc)
Level: light blue to a 70 ranger

Difficulty: 300 on chain, solid frequently recast poison, Looooooots of hitpoints.

Invulnerabilities: cannot be slowed, rooted, snared, or stunned, we forgot to try to mez it or charm it but I doubt that you can.

IMPORTANT TIP: Tash the mob. She's crazy resistant to magic...but not after a couple rounds of your best tash. Once tashed she soaks magical dps nicely....wizzie merc charred her to a golden brown. I was also able to land my enchanter dots and dd once she was tashed...did nothing for the stuff she's immune to of course.

*Insert snazzy catchphrase here*

will he agro a lvl 20 going to/from unrest? dose he spawn by talking to some one or is he random? plz help
A couple of details that might be helpful

1) Jagged fang pathes from an area near the butcherblock entrance all the way to the apex of the hill on the island where he despawns eventually... but first he traverses counterclockwise around the rim of the crater for a while before he crosses over to the island. Bring a tracker, if you can get one.

2) He will despawn in about 20 minutes. If you can't find him before he despawns, approach Gimpl again and says, "what is jagged fang?"

3) Jagged Fang can't be slowed, snared, or mezzed. I didn't try fear kiting him, because without snare, that would get ugly.

Hit Points?

Fear Kiting

Can anyone tell me if this mob is an "animal". Just curious if my animal only magic resist debuff would work on here, or my animal fear spell. If so I could see this guy being easy pickings for someone fear kiting.

Soloed Jagged Fang tonight. I'm a 65th Level Enchanter with 199aa and some Elemental Gear. He's no pushover. He was a bit annoying to find as he's very dark green and hard to spot, but he wanders near the Butcherblock tunnel and south of that along the shore.

Started fight with Tash, sent in pet (hasted and Night's Dark Terrored). Then Crippled, Weakened, and Asphyxiated (he's *not* slowable or stunnable), then nuked with Insanity and recast Arcane Rune on myself until he died. I was on a horse the entire time and have FT15. At the end of the fight I was at about 50% health and 8% mana.

I found the snake pathing at pos 800, neg 275, between the shore and BBM path. As a 65 rogue with elemental and some Time gear, I lost 7000hp soloing her- 1768AC and all defensive AAs, self haste 30% and 41% worn haste. Having a healer would make this fight trivial, though.
