I think your speaking of the delightful orb of forgoten magic. and it procs up to 320 a hit with my enchanter.

drops that weird cool item, i forget, but it's a 1hb, primary only, preiest classes and the usual melee (including beastlords) an use. damage 21 delay 29 or something like that, 12 INT and WIS... procs a 200+ dd or something like that. Very useful.
