Killed the gnome today ... more than of surprise, as he jumped me in a sudden.
After the shimmer appeared, I tried to hail him. . with the effect, that i got as response: The ghostly figure stares at you as if it does not understand.
Well .. tried then to hail in 11 (!!!) different languages .. with no other effect than above ...
WHEN does he react?? Is that thing triggered, meaning only starting the quest makes him response?

I brought my lvl one rogue down, he conned even to this guy. I am trying to get any quests, but he is not talking to me. I have used froglok (100 skill) without luck.
