"He" is a "They"... I see your posts quite often asking for spawn locations on all the sites. I generally dont mind answering, but I feel when responding to your posts that we are doing all the work for you. Have you even looked at all?..because I don't see how you could miss them. The flame dancers spawn randomly throughout nurga, generally moreso as you get deeper in. EQ Toolbox has released new maps in the past few weeks. Maps are your friends..mmkay? =)
you will find flamedancers mostly evrywhere. random pop at places.
