Where does this guy spawn from the kobold entrance, or goblin entrance and can he be reached by invising somewhere close to him and kill to get to him? Thanks

I have most often seen him spawn in the 4th tentacle spot as you enter from the Kobold side. This is probably because these 4 spots are the ones that have their phs killed most often. I have never seen him spawn in the 1st,2nd or 3rd spots from kobold side, so it is likely it has several specific placeholders-not just any position. (Similar to Tybog)
His ph is any tenticle terror, just like any named mobs in this zone that isn't on a timer.
Dropped the Blistering Tentacle (part for the quest Gwaddry's Problem) last night.
