He drops hearty goblin blood as well, just looted one from him.
He does spawn in the #1 marked map, for the western half. I am looking at him right now he is coning yellow to my lvl 48 shammy

That's not quite correct. Pruckib does NOT spawn in the room marked #1 on the western half of the eqatlas map. He spawns in the room at the base of the one-way drop off from Droga (not the one you can got to Droga from Nurga...the one that lets Droga come to Nurga). Approximate /loc is -1150, 150.
Incidentally, it is Overseer Malam that spawns in the #1 western half room, right in the middle at the end.

this guy spawns in the room marked 1 on the eqatlas map for the western half of the zone. Approximate loc is n1200, 600.

The key is used in the quest (Ring of Fire style) to release the prisoners from Nurga to respawn them back in their "home town". On Torv, the Ogre, Iksar and Burynai have all been released for sure (I helped release the Iksar and Burynai in the same day) next one up at that time was a Sarnak.
Hail the prisoner, they will tell you where their "home town" is. Once released, they will appear in or near that area. Orge is inside the OT outpost, Iksar is in LoIO just outside Cabilis, and the Burynai is in FM near the old Burynai Cave that is now inhabited with the old Nurga/Droga mobs.
