Saying "travel to Ocean of Tears" teleports you to the docks of Sisters' Island in the northeast corner of the Ocean of Tears.

Well as of today 19th March 2011, Translocator Setikan is back in East Freeport. He can be found on the dockside at location neg 619, neg 837 and is still willing to transport people to the Ocean of Tears.
The Boat "Seaking" is also still operating if anyone wants to take the scenic route!

Translocators still gone, use boat by merchant illya olditia or whatever

Confirmed, there is no translocator in East Freeport. Just stand on top of the ramp, on the doc near merchant Ilyon Olditia and take the boat there.

I am totally lost on how to get to oot. I have tried to find the translocator in both East Freeport and Butcherblock. So far the only translocator goes to Timorous. Please help.
Just to clarify this, they seem to have pulled the translocators - you now need to take the boat "The Seaking" which will pull up alongside a dock near to where the translocator used to be.
the sea king will go to Brunar's dock
He can be found near the southern most dock on the warf at loc (neg)611 (pos)830.

I was busy killing the shark next to the rock and started to see if there are any other sharks somwhere else, so I began to swim and I saw somthing underwater under the docks, it was short, bald, and then I couldn't believe it, I've found The Translocator! hes just underneath the docks in the water where the human fisher is on docks. Give me a reply if it helped all you peeps instead of wasting like 20 mins of your time waiting for that ship. To find out where are the other two translocator in Ocean of Tears and Butcherblock, look me up in those zones for more info.
