Awesome.. if not.. just please tell me how... thanks everyone
When you inspect this earring in game - it says that it regens 50hp per tick. But if you ask ximena about primal guard - it says that it regens 5hp per tick. So maybe thats where the difference in info is coming from.

The only slight difference is they dont force memebers to leave their own guild to join nightraids guild ''the collective''. This also allows people from higher guilds who have past potime long ago to come back and "help"nightraid and themselves.
check out ecipublic.org there is a guild in the framework but the leader ashorty truly leads open raids and zergs the hell out of everything.. if you like that typ eof raiding check it out .. if not .. and you're on eurotime.. anthem kicks much *** :) going after this guy tonight
The E'ci open raiding system is indeed open. The raid leader has formed his own guild which several of his longtime raiders have joined, but anyone interested in his raids (and flagged/keyed for the zones he raids in) is welcome to come.
ok i was looking through the EP gods and noticed that they've all suddenly become lvl 80...now that can't be right. how can 4 lvl 80 gods mold together to form something of a lower lvl then them? it's jsut retarded. EP goes can't be 80
With Omens, character levels are increasing to what...70 is it? I don't remember...maybe they increased the levels on the gods to reflect this?
And as an unrelated side note...does anyone remember when fighting gods was a rare, happy occurance? These days it seems like people fight gods on a whim...

Realizing that I'll probably never see Quarm, I downloaded the TR video on their PoTime romp. Great video, got to see some content I don't realistically expect to see.
One question, though, to those of you who have killed him. Why is everyone ducking on the approach to Quarm? Could you describe the Quarm encounter? Would love to hear what he's all about.

heh, dont know if your talking about Quarm or Kera (sleeper) but the Sleeper is not at the zoneline of ST and has been killed before on RZ server. If your talking about Quarm you are an even bigger ******** because he is NOT KoS and has been killed before...
im no sol ro
btw in my opinion Kera is the highest and most powerfull mob in EQ. Kera is much much harder to kill than Quarm even though they are both level 75... level of a mob just says how much it hits for, soe can make a mob have as many hp's as they want..they just need to set it at an amount.
Level of the mob actually only determines resist rates. That's not even really true, it's only one of the determining factors. The developers of the game can set a level one mob that hits for 1k... RE: The Fabled mobs when they first came out. Level has nothing to do with what it hits for. The developers have complete control over the abilities of a monster and only really use level to give players a sense of how difficult it is. I mean, how would you feel if every red con was level 68 and only 68?...

Not saying its easy but if you have full raid with the right classes it could be done first try if you study what the AE are and when they go off. Keep a good spell shield on the MA and a good CH rot. Sense all the AEs are PB(point blank) you would just have the entire raid attack from the back and make sure that the MA has 500 in all resists lol. Doesn't say any of them are unresistable.
I think you are a bit muddled as to the meaning of PB AE.
All the effects are PB AE 400' - that means anyone within 400' of Quarm is in range.
PB AE just means that the AE range is calculated from the AE caster (in this case Quarm). Targetted AE means that the AE range is calculated from the AE caster's current target (ie hopefully the MT).

Heh, and yes...I myself am an ***, but please, think about what I would be talking about before you yourself post something =P
She was talking about The Relentless.. a guild on the Cazic Thule server.. not Township Rebellion.. so why don't you try thinking before calling people stupid?
Well now WTF do we do? the Sleepers been killed yesterday, man I stil can't belive it! Lol if i was working on EQ2 i'd be pissed, the sleeper wasnt supposed to be killed so now they have to change the whole story line for EQ2... *sigh*

Anyone other than me wondering where The Nameless is in all this? I mean I've seen just about every God/Demi-God in the history of EQ in the diolouge EXCEPT Nameless. Where is he/she/it?
As stated in EverQuest Lore, the Nameless is the Universe (or creator of the Universe), which all other gods are spawned off of. They wouldn't make it so you can kill the universe. /shrug
There are a few gods we haven't seen. Veeshan (which we have been told we would never see) and Brell to name two off the top of my head. You have to leave something for the expansions.
Ya I'm gonna have to go ahead and disagree with you on that one bucko.
/rant on
I'm assuming that the reason you think Veeshan is in the game is because of the 2 mobs bearing her name in part in Plane of Sky (not Air), those being Eye of Veeshan and The Hand of Veeshan. Presuming that I am correct in my assessment, my guess is that you also have never been very far into Sky, if at all. Let me explain.
Neither the Eye of Veeshan or the Hand of Veeshan are actual body parts of Veeshan. According to lore, Veeshan herself is captive in the Plane of Dreams, Morell Thule's domain, so (in a nutshell) she doesn't bother the other gods for a while. That would make it kind of hard for Veeshan to be in the Plane of Dreams, but still have her hand and eye in the Plane of Sky.
In actuality, the Eye of Veeshan is a fae drake, and the Hand of Veeshan is an efreeti. The reason that they are called the Eye and Hand is because, in many military or governmental societies/structures, different parts of that society may be given names representing parts of the body. Spies, informants, etc may have belonged to the Eye of <Insert Here>, and were servants to the appointed leader. Soldiers may have been known as the Fist or Hand, the sect that would perform the bidding of said leader, such as fighting or defending in the stead of the leader. Example: Sanctus Seru and the different factions...Hand of Seru, Eye of Seru, Heart of Seru, Shoulders of Seru, all representing various parts of the Seru administration with respect to each specific body part.
Take this kind of naming scheme and apply it to the 2 mobs. Eye of Veeshan is obviously a servant of Veeshan's that keeps a watchful glare on the happenings of the Plane of Sky, possibly looking over the whole of Norrath as well. The Hand of Veeshan is Veeshan's go-to guy to DT people every time they try to upstage Veeshan's sliver of power that is possessed by the plane (though he doesn't do a very good job of it anymore).
/rant off
That all being said, this isn't a flame, just a clarification. If all of this isn't what you meant by Veeshan being in the game then send me a reply here. The fact remains though that until Sony decides to wake up Ms. Dragonmama she won't be in the game.
P.S. And for any of you misguided Vox + Naggy = Kerafyrm theorists, Vox and Naggy aren't Kerafyrm's parents. Kerafyrm was the product of 2 other fire and ice dragons, and after he was born, had his little temper tantrum and consequently was imprisoned, it was decreed that no dragons of differing colors shall mate (I believe by one of the lead ancients guarding Kerafyrm's lair). Vox and Naggy tried to mate some time afterward because they thought they could harness their offspring's power and control it, but before they could try they were discovered and both were banished to lands most resembling their characteristics, Lavastorm Mountains and Permafrost, never to meet again. Not my personal opinion, just fact. Look it up.
Edit: Made a couple minor corrections, was up for 20+ hours yesterday when I posted this and mixed up some info
Two dragons of a different color had mated and produced a paradox amidst dragons. The Kerafyrm was born. The Kerafyrm's powers were so great that it was said to be able to challenge the might of Veeshan herself. Many became concerned for if the Veeshan held within her the power of creation, then surely the Kerafyrm could undo it. This incited a new war that pitted dragon against dragon.
After the end of a long grueling and bloody war that was costly to both sides, the Kerafyrm was imprisoned within the Eastern Wastes. A large Tomb was erected and warded with the most powerful and ancient of magics. Four of the great wurm's gave their lives and became warders of the Kerafyrm who lays within an eternal slumber. A prophecy begun, and the legend of the Sleeper was born.
From this war two rules became law cast out by Lord Yelinak, upon all those of the Claws of Veeshan. Dragons shall never fight dragon, and no dragons of any two different color shall ever mate.
Many dragons from the tanks of the Claws were not in agreement that dragon should not fight dragon. Jaled Dar rose up within their midst and spread his wings, the Ring of Scale was born. They deposited themselves amidst the lands of Kunark where they built their lair in Veeshan's Peak. Trakanon was counted among their number, having traveled with them to these new lands. Unlike the Claws of Veeshan who did not interfere with the likes of others, the Ring of Scale had no such qualms about being involved in the affairs of the Elder Races.
The dragon that had been known of as Zlandicar was cast out by Lord Yelinak in his own time from the Claws of Veeshan, after attaining a taste for the flesh of his dead brothers. A cannibal dragon. He made his new lair within the Dragon Necropolis. To this day he rests there, feasting upon the bones of dead dragons.
quote from http://www.1stfistoflight.com/html/1fol/everquest/eqcodex/dragonandiksar.htm i recomend this site to those that want to read about lore.
There is an NPC named Veeshan. It can be detected via the Tracking skill and only in Veeshan's Peak. This NPC is somewhere in an unreachable section of the zone.
The reason they say you'll never see Veeshan is because look at the scars of velious, those huge canyons and such are made from it's claws, right? (may be mistaken).. but you gotta think about the game, it'd be WAY too big to handle.
Quellios is supposedly embodied by the Plane of Tranquility (since she's the Goddess of Tranquility). Her role in PoP is to provide access to the realms of the other gods so that we can take them out. :)
