He is various levels and not just 58. He was DB to my 57 cleric. Easy kill, 65 necro didn't even dot cause he was LoM and I was FM so his pet tanked as I healed. He can be easily killed at his spawn point with aggro. As we do all of the named in his areas at the spawn point without touching any other mobs. Cleric/Necro combo here will make you rich.

This nimrod sometimes drops nothing at all... only named here so far that can occasionally drop nothing.

Is this guy the revenant at the base of the stairs in the entrance across from brother eruk room?
loot is correct; he spawns between the undead chef and the sewer entrance at the base of a set of stairs inside a building. ph is always 'a revenant'
Good way to do this, if you have the DPS for it: pull to the alleyway in between the two main buildings in that area...pull toward this guy, then pull the sewer mob (Tortured Slave), then pull the Chef and Crusader spawns, lather, rinse, repeat. Fun and profit all around.
