was hunting him 4 days with my 54 druid so i could twink my warrior. This still drops to my relief although drop rate must be changed because out of maybe 60 kills, yes 60, it only dropped once for me. So if your looking to get this just keep trying. It should drop for you (hope your luck is better then mine)also dropped his other gear at least 6 or 7 times and gave to other players in zone. my strategy was to snare ,,quickly invis and walk him outside, after you get the hang of it you can solo him with no adds
