This guy has now been flagged non-combat. The long tradition of training at the exterminator comes to an end.. *taps plays, wipes away a tear* :,(
Beware, using this npc for skill ups may be considered an exploit. A similiar situation developed the same way with the scions when Luclin first came out. Folks used to attack the scions for weapons skill ups until their level was changed.
For the fun of it, a few guildies and I went to Ak'Anon to putz around. Someone accidentally aggrod this guy (after being told he has insane HP) and we decided to take him on. This guys has roughly 1 million HP ( I kid you not) but he is cake. He conned green to us all.
We had 14 peop[le, mainly casters and little DPS, all lvl 52-66 and it still took us 40 minutes.
If you're looking for something completely random to do this guy is a mob I would suggest. If youre looking to get your skill up he is perfect, as the exit to Ak"anon is right there. you can zone if you get bored or you start losing. He dropped nothing though.

character level is 33
conned white once to my wife's level 33 beast after sytem reset
Pulls with both characters got whole room. (6 mobs) came back with my level 41 druid and was able to pull only that NPC. It must have regen on it cause any damage done was negated in less then 1 minute. was able to melee it for over 12 hours getting all my skills maxed out.
Suggest anyone pulling on this char to be level 40-46 for skillups.

For any new players looking for this guy he is located in the last room that you pass through on the way to Steamfont Mountains (loc 4, -15)

NPC is not founded easily by using the find window, the NPC is not listed.

This guy is not level 61. He conned green to my 55 Shaman and Light Blue to my 46 Shadowknight.
If you have have a fungi tunic or a class with a nice regen just cast this on you and single pull this guy to the Zoneline of Ak anon. You can get mad skill ups for your melee. He only hit my Shadowknight for 2-4s. Once and a while he would hit around 25 but not very often. My Sk had a Fungi and 1023 AC and I was at 100 percent til the fight ended. BTW I stayed there hitting him for 5 hours. I just went there pulled him to zoneline and autoattacked and went afk and did other things, when I came back a couple hours later the Exterminator was at 88percent health. He has wicked health over the millions I would imagine and my SK was hitting for 70s.
