He was Lt. blue to a lvl 70 ranger and all of the Legionaires right there was green.
Optio Morgani wanders around in the entry area. He will assist the legionnaires if they are attacked, regardless of faction. He hits hard (one hit was for 175) and summons, which makes it tough to solo here. Beware.
He triples for 175 if your are very lucky as well
