This mob seemed to finally spawn after 2 straight days of camping with a pet class to make sure it dies on spawn. Not sure it actually has a PH, but I tried everything including clearing all huts and even the tunnel below to assure that all Jopals where cleared. In the end I just ended up staying in the Hut that everyone has mentioned with the Crafter and he just spawned that way. So in short, take a pet class and hang out in the hut and eventually he will show up.

Just adding an update for those Warriors returning to the game. Chieftain pops in the 2nd hut from the left, same as the Crafter. Seer pops in the last hut on the right.

I KINDA feel sorry for that guy on AFK. I bet he regreted it though.
He doesn't look AFK as you can clearly see he's swinging his sword. ;)
