Ok, these things at level 36 with a level 40+ rogue and ranger are do-able... BUT watch out for the gnome that appears to come around alot, he runs off and gets the entire bloody camp... THEN you are well and truly hooched. We're not sure if that gnome is a caster or not, but some of these critters in this "Pirate Cavern" are, and they do nasty damage. I had to evac us out pronto when the entire cavern's mobs came boiling out to nail my party! ( I suggest rooting the little bugger)

The Ogres are pretty tough and carry some kind of weapon that does MASSIVE amounts of damage. I watched my ranger's health plummet a full red bubble with each hit.

To get to the pirate cave you go to the Gulf and stand on the pier where you first zone in. Face south and either levitate or swim due south. When you see the half sunken ship vere sharp left and stay close to the wall... or else you'll aggro the undead critters there (Vicious skellies, emaciated zombies, broken skull nifiliks/ skeeters and the like) We had to pick our way across the beach VERY carefully as alot of zombies were clumped together. I made use of my Harmony spell often, and that helped some. Remember that these are undead, so camo won't be effective. If you keep by the wall and are careful, or have a good party that can fight their way across, you shouldn't have any problems. The XP is delicious for mid-levels.

The cavern is located a reasonable ways to the left when you keep the wall to your left (watch for the chunk of ship, a zombie hides inside it, the cavern is not far from it)... go in the cavern and then take your first left immediately. We were able to use camo once in there, and avoided the 'doggies' and the plants thereby. Because we didn't have much more info than this, we were ultra careful and I'm very glad that we were.

Since not alot is known about these critters I'd strongly suggest you have a druid or caster along who can evac you if the gnome pulls all the mobs. 8)

Hope this is helpful!
