Today Bibsy attacks me (Froglok Rouge) on Server Antonius Bayle, was Threateningly to me, near Spelltraders.
I had the Iksar Mask Illu on me from Field of Scale, after Zoning Pok and Back without Illu he was Indiff to me.

Bibsy Gaktoo can now be found in Rathe Mtns at /loc -1673, 361, 2 next to Pally GM. South of the PoK book.

Is he on froglock faction, or a neutral one maybe? If so it might be possible for an evil race to gain faction with them doing his quest?
