Was running through Innothule and saw him... thought he might be something rare, so went ahead and killed him. A DD for about 330 took him down to 9% health, so looks like he has about 370 HP. Lowered faction with ExiledFrogloks and dropped his head, a rusty weapon, a lightstone and two bone chips (!?).
Also it seems skeletons are KoS to him... one aggroed on him as I was killing.

I have his head on my character Ikancast ... first person to send me a tell that they need it gets it. Selling it in bazaar right now so you can come and buy it if i happen to be trading.

opps! Hit the wrong button.
This dude nuked me several times while doing my Newbie Armor Quest. Had a hard time doing The Final Lesson 'till a nice druid help my cause.

This guy was standing at 1830, 0 - between the tower and the beached boat. After I gutted him and pushed his bloody body into the swamp for the gators to feast on, I turned around to find a couple Froggie Ghouls standing there.....so I imagine they're his PH's.
This froggy drops a magic, lore "Fipok's Head".
