Cedric Trallus is holding what appear to be some nautical looking maps. He rolls them up quickly as you walk in and addresses you. 'Yes? Is there something you need?' Cedric Trallus growls as you notice black tendrils slithering across his fingers. You start to think it would be wise to leave him at peace.
