my guild has been camping this for a couple of days, and have seen the Seer about 3 times with only 2 shards to drop...with only about 20 ppl to get these shards, maybe we'll luck out and have them all by Independence Day of next year, lol...
ok....heres the serious stuff now...the Seer does seem to spawn where Jamieg stated, and having cleared EVERYTHING in the area several times, we finally got one to spawn... dropped a hammer all 3 times, and only dropped a shard the first 2 times...i hope this is a help to anyone farming those shards in ME...and if u are farming them, GL to u

Just Killed a Goranga Seer and he dropped the Tribal Warhammer, but it did'nt have the Dmg Bonus 15 on it! So soe must of removed it! its trash now! not worth making it a no-drop!
I killed two of these guys and only the second dropped a luclin shard (there is a myth going about that he Always drops them).
So long as you can single pull him to a fight location he's not particularly tricky. He does however gate which can make him virtually impossible for a lot of classes to solo.
But there is one solution! Gaters summon when they plan on fleeing. So if you train a bunch of noncasting goranga's to fight along side him and allow your hp to drop, then he will Not gate.
Risky, but works :)

Been camping ME for hours now... I would just like to give a heart "DIE PLS" to whoever thought up the idea to put a shard drop on a PH cycle... and the shard isnt even guaranteed to drop... this is by far the worse shard camp of them all...

why are you mad that this requires effort? this game would be no fun if u instantly got everythign you wanted, so suck it up, camp the mob and if u get the drop be happy.

Go straight East from the DSP zone in. There is a wall directly in front of you and a rock to your South. Three goranga scouts spawn at that rock. The nearest to the wall is the placeholder for the Seer (at least that's where the seer has spawned each time I have seen him). The Loc is about +1000, +900.

Anyone know where or a general location of where the Seer pops?? Is it near the zone or farther in past the ruins?

Saw him in ME this morning, spawns at the 3 scout rock by DSP. Conned dark blue to my 55 shaman partner. Dropped the Goranga Hammer but didn't have the shard or the visor. Best to fight him in place he managed to gate 3 times before we finally killed him. Other than that, easy kill for a 61 monk and 55 shaman duo.

The higher lvl version of the Seer drops the mask, the scouts by the corner of the 4-arm city are PH for the Seer. nice ac 20 mask, with stats.
60 shammy and 57 ranger killed it with 2 scout adds. Hammers the boobie prize for the rare drop of the mask. his rare and prized drop.
