Millius is also the NPC for the cleric Temperance spell. He is the paladin in the courtyard outside the lighthouse facing south. He requires a Deepwater Emblem, which can be found in Dulak on the ship Stormwave. Pretty common drop it seems. It looks like a silver ring.
Bring the emblem back to Millius and he will give you Alina's ring. Swim south back to the beach and follow the right wall almost until you reach the tunnel that goes to Nadox and Dulak. There is a large broken ship there. You are looking for An Erudite Spirit,approx location is 840 -670 There is a PH there. The male Erudite Spirit is for the pally turn in and he spawns along the zone wall to the south. Give her Alina's Ring and she will give you the no drop Temperance spell

gonna need alot more info here.. as in after you turn ring in it says her spirit is nearby.. need a loc, and what it is you need to do with her.. as in give her the ring you get back fom millus, then what after you do that .. the Location of where she spawns is the most important

Me again sorry didn't include this in first post Millis is the NPC quest giver for the cleric spells as well(go figure clerics and pallies closely tyed together anyway)Clerics give him the "deepwater emblem" and he gives back a changed emblem you then take that to the FEMALE "erudite spirit" not far from where the MALE spawns. Female erudite will give clerics the "Temperance" spell and the emblem back to take to Millis again to continue the 2nd spell quest for clerics. Hope this clears things up for a lot of people!!

Ok Pallies this guy STARTS the spell quests. You need "black medialion" from mauraders at the fort area give it to him he gives it back changed. go camp the MALE "erudite spirit" at loc N 1100 N 1000. Skellies are his PH's and will kill him if you don't keep area clear. No need to hail him just give him the medialion that Millus gave you back that was changed. Spirit will give you "Etheral Cleansing" spell and medialion back changed again. Give the new changed medialion BACK to Millus and he will give it back again changed and tell you to go find Chester Steelblade. This is as far as I have gotten and I hear tell that you'll find Chester at the lighthouse in Dulak behind a hidden wall there. I am looking for Chester now and will post any new info I might find.
Hes the paladin quest npc for spells You need a no drop black medallion off of troll marauders pillagers. Clerics need the Deepwater medallion and there npc i dont know who that is.

I don't get it, Everytime i hand this guy a deepwater emblem he doesn't do anything and keeps the emblem, i'm pretty sure he's the one i get my pal spells from but nobody seems to know.
For the pally spell you don't give him the deepwater emblem, you give him the black medalian.
Maybe you need to hail him and go through the prompts to start the quest?
