been clearing his camp for 3 hours with 76% increased spawn and no luck either. definitely a rarer spawn
Just to repeat what the poster below me said, this mob does in fact drop Glyphed Rune Words (level 65 spell turn in item)

Yes this mob is spawned by a PH. i just wanted to post today that we killed him easy with 2 bards a mage a cleric and a warrior all 65 of corse and all well geared besides me (the bard that would have got the sword). well anyways the other bard pulled him and we ended up toasting him easy. he droped the stupid enc range item and someone came and looted it. my friend said were gunna keep farmin this guy untill i get the sword though its a very nice bard weap that is easy to obtain !

what causes this to spawn? is their a PH or is it like the prismatic basilisk in earth?

In the first open room from ent, any turtle (from what ive seen) is the ph for Monstrous Sea Turtle. He is a pretty common spawn with coral shard as his common loot and sword as his rare item. Also, he hits in the low 1000's and is easily grpable by a well balanced grp.

This mob spawns directly past the 3 Trilion at zone in ......it conviently paths to the tunnel allowing an easy single pull. Every PoWater mini ive encountered including this one hits for less then the Lobsters down near Coirnav. This is easily tanked by any elemental Hybrid with or without light patch heals.

some friends and i were killing mobs in the first cave just off the entrance, about 45 minutes in our druid say this mob is up and before we can say pull it ourbard is out there lulling adds and pulling it into the side cave we were camping. guess she wand her pet proc'ing sword,but it dropped the enchanter item

I have seen this guy running around Ice Clad Ocean LoL.
