Running through Scarlet Desert on the way to Ssra tonight, I blasted this guy, not recognizing him and thinking he might have some low-level something drop I could put on one of my alts.
He dropped the Mark of Might that's already listed, but in addition he also dropped the following several other items:
Hardened Agate
Dark Gem
Mark of Temper
Sun Stained Steel Rod
Enchanted Bundle of Wood
Mark of Understanding
Petrified Bones
Vial of Purified Air
Needless to say, I found it a little odd to get this many random drops on a single kill off of one low-level named mob in SD. All of them seem to be drops for the old Twilight quests, and all of them for casters. Hope this helps if anyone actually does these quests anymore.

If you were to draw a straight line from Twilight Sea to The Grey, I ran into this guy about halfway between the two, just standing in zone around nonthing of interest.
I know it's not too helpful, but at least it'll give you a general area to start your search.
(I realize I'm responding to a post from three years ago and this person likely (I hope) is not still looking for this guy...it's more for anyone else who may come here looking for the same).
