you need to speak ogre at 100 for him to understand.
I think something may be wrong with the npc's here that are supposed to respond to foreign languages. My Ogre skill is at 100, but Moobik still doesn't respond to me. The same goes with several other foreign language mobs.
Everytime I pull this mob he does a Harm Touch or similar spell on me that hits for about 500. He only does this one time and after that he's no more difficult than any of the other cell pulls in the exit area of PoJ.
Yes, he HTs, as does the Dark Elf prisoner. They don't use other SK spells though, which is strange, the DMG shield would probably help them.

Don't think he has one. At least, whenever I hail him I get a message about him not understanding me. /shrug
