This is a good spot for Necromancers because these mobs can be slowed by them.

In Maiden's Eye, this "a Coterie Leginnare" dropped 3 sets of "Shrouded Boots" in about an hour. Class: all, Race: all, STR +4, DEX +4, STA +4, CHA +4, WIS +4, INT +4 and AGI +4. Rather nice, actually.

I agree the level is too low. Perhaps these are lower somewhere like tenebrous, but in ME some of these are even cons to a 54th level necro.
Can neither of you read? Says level is 48-54, and the level IS 48-54. Sheesh, I hate stupid people.

been killing these all night long, seem to be very common, dont know why they arent listed in the Tm beastiary
Killed one tonight and it dropped Beastlord Spell: Spirit of Omakin and Coterie Boots. Spell is the 54th level beastlord pet.

Also dropped Bard song Battle cry of the Vah Shir the other night. Its good to have a necro with you to slow them down a bit. Was in a low 50s group(warrior,chanter,ranger,necro,wizzy). They hit hard and fast as hell. As a youngin i had my ace kicked in by Otto in TM, he had nothing on these guys. Red/yellow cons to me at 52. With no cleric we had to kite/ping-pong them =(
