These seem to be fairly rare spawns. I've hung around the undead area of CoD for a week or so and only seen one. Found mine at the back of the "chapel" area next to a Knight of Decay. Had about 10600 HP's. He tried to root me a couple of times, but the rest of his spells were just the usual damage junk.
