Unless I am missing something, these are extremely difficult to get to.
To reach them you need to fight your way through the hobgoblin caves which includes some tough mobs (Hobgoblin Reaper at the crossroads for example).
Everything there sees through invis, so no shortcut that way.
Does anyone know if there is some other way of reaching them that I don't know about?

I skip the hobgobs by hopping on my horse and riding. Take a right at first intersection then Feign death after dropping down the 2nd cliff. If you can not FD then either go buy a potion or you will have to fight in.

No they dont summon... make good pets vs glooms when gloom slowed with my 52% slow as a 64 bard.. charm usually lasts a couple minutes with about 187 cha. fun fights. hit for 384 i believe and they triple. So i charm one, pull a horse with slow.. and they go at it. best way to get up to plateu.... kinda "dangerous" but it works, charm a banshee or croc and send it to fight a gloom.. will fight up there and when charm breaks it summons you up to plateu so you dont have to run through the tunnel hehe. quite a few hps, but usually always drop something.

I tried your trick today, unfortunately they nerfed it .. I charmed a a vexed wraith went over to the platue and hit ( /pet kill a ) and got this message. "that is not a legal target master." to bad, I really wanted to kill these.

These are DB to me @ 58 & yellow to 56... so these mobs are lvl 57 & not 59... just an FYI

Got aprox, 20K hp.
Enrage at 10%.
Do not run.
Can be rooted/snared.
Can be mezzed, charmed.
Run in about run3 speed.
Low agro range.
Unsure on harmo but do not think it works.
Can be slowed.

They drop blood, skin, diamonds, meat, peridots, blue diamonds, some earing icon with no stats (silver engraved earing) and wingmembrane.
Same for the other mephit that are wizards, theese are rogues.
