Has anything changed for getting him to spawn? I have all five minis, All the Zek brothers, Heck I even have Fennin RO.
Trying to finish Aid Grimel quest but don't have the Solusek Kill.

After Killing Solusek Ro we forgot to Hail the Planar Projection on the OTHER END of the hall, where you first arrived after zoning into the room of Solusek. After that you can go down into the fire channel and get a direct port into PoFire. If you miss that you always wonder what is missing for EP.

This dude shows up after you take all the named tower guards down, five I think? My solo ~90 monk with about 4500aa took him and the room down but you can kill yourself since every time you hit him you take a good chunk of damage from that horrible damage shield he has. Other than that little issue he can certainly be done with a solo monk.

Do I need to kill something to get him to pop or is it a timer or what? Pls be detailed in your answer.
Just soloed this bad boy with a 90 Cleric, no merc and self buffs only.
Most common hit from him was 431, as odd as I found that, but never hit more than 1100, which was not often.
Did not Flurry, Rampage or heal. Only dot cast was Sun Flare.
It was a real war of attrition, as this bugger has a ton of HP.
Fun fight, never the less :)

Went for a round 2 and here are the results:
Solusek Ro in 500s --- Geneeric 742k @1484dps
Sol Ro did 273981 damage total for 547.96 DPS. Avg hit 596, 41% accuracy
48.2K HP/5272AC CAgi 21, CSta 28
Was kind of disappointed how trivial it was this time. Was able to heal myself with procs from Vow and Erud's only.
Went for a round 2 and here are the results:

Successfully soloed this boy as an 84 cleric. Have a nice pic of the fight as my new desktop background.
Fight Stats:
-Solusek Ro: 837448 damage taken over 19:33, 713.94 DPS
-Geneeric: 1131707 damage taken over 19:35, 963.15 DPS
Ro's max hit on me was 1639 with 3.5k AC, Combat Stability 19 and 18% shielding.
Was at 4% mana at the fights end, was a very close battle.

I just killed Solusek Ro myself. All AA skills are completed. Full raid armor from SoD Tower. Max hit was for 1304. Most of the hits were for 431.

Me and my buddy Zarnok duoed this guy! I'm an 80th level shaman with 1200 AAs and he's a 80th level Ranger with 1462 AAs, both pretty well geared but not end game gear. We had one cleric merc that eventually ran out of mana halfway through the fight then died. I debuffed Sol Ro and slowed him, and Zar tanked him no problem with my heals. Dropped the knife and cloak. God of Sun my *****

Duoed Solusek Ro With 80 Shaman with 736 aa and 80 Shadowknight with 1k AA and Asehngate/FC Gear. Very Long and tough fight, Rampage hit shammy Quad for 1k+ a hit, Shadowknight stayed below 40% hp throughout fight with a constant HoT On him. Constant Epic 2.0 Clickies were enabled whenever Ready. 55 Minute fight. Seems impossible for anyone to solo, or even get close to solo. Was very tough again, maintained mana with Canni, otherwise would have been drained within the first 15%. Harm touch did 21k damage, 2%. Dropped 2 orbs of the sun, 4 Spectral Parchments, and Glyphed rune word. Now I know why solusek Ro Was considered a god.
Duoed with Cleric Main, and Enchanter bot. 80 Cleric demi/dk/TSS geared, ~17.8KHP/3300ish AC, max shielding, etc. Enchanter there for slow only, was harder keeping him alive on ramps than keeping myself up.
Went back on server reset couple days ago, and got him to 39% solo, but forgot to load di, bad damage spike got me. Going to try again soon, with Di, I think I'll be able to pull it off.

LVL 70 Shaman solo'd him on FV with anguish and little Demi gear. Name was Medeas.

It was a long fight but we took him out on the Tribunal server with:
(2) 70 pallies, (2) 70 Shammies, (1) Rogue, and (1) Ranger.

Isn't there a 3 part key quest now for Sol.Ro's chamber? 3 lvl 70 mobs, spread throughout the zone drop 1 piece of the key?

Alt Access is still broken. Anyway, downed Sol Ro in 7 minutes or so with 6 people. No bots. Cleric, Warrior, Paladin, Shaman, Warrior and Monk.
Yes, but as of August 27, 2005 the quest is broken. You collect all the pieces, talk to the quest guy, hand them in, and get nothing. No flag text, no key, no item, and you can't get into chamber.

ok been alot of arguing on who can and cannot get in. Several people say you only need to kill RZtW and 5 minis to get into chambers and not be a gimp. Anyone confirm this statement or do you have to have all the cycles complete and 5 minis?
ok updating what i have been told is that you need all 5 minis and Rallos Zek to be a GIMP in. So in order to get in the chambers you must have all 5 minis done and RZ or you cant even be gimped in. Correct?

Hey all,
It would seem that SOE have 'fixed' the gimping into SRC. You can't gimp in unlimited amounts of ppl into SRC with just a few fully flagged ppl.
Alt access to SRT quest doesn't count either. It would seem that you have to have all previous PoP flags AND all five SRT minis killed in order to be able to zone up to SRC.
Can anyone else confirm this? We observed this sort of behaviour on our Sol Ro raid tonight. (i.e. alt access chars who had killed 5 minis could not zone up to SRC, peeps who were missing previous PoP flags but had killed 5 minis could not zone up to SRC even when there were enough fully flagged in SRC to 85% up)

Simple answer is that if you want your bots or alt characters Fire flagged then you have to kill this dude.

It is part of the GoD expansion, better gear than Sol ro yes and areas to get in are flagged as you progress. Some good quests and items in GoD, but Don now drops better stuff than GoD
Are there and ppl on Karana server who would be able to hold a Sol Ro raid and actually be able to succeed. I think it has been done twice and succeeded when it has been opened up to everyone. Please give a little feed back.
