All of the mobs with Sentry in their name are immune to runspeed changes. This is definitely true for Halls of Honor, I'm not sure about Plane of Valor. They cannot be rooted or snared.

Cannot be snared/rooted.(none that I've faught)
Can be mezzed.
They may be able to be stunned(with an appropriate level stun) but am unsure.
Slowable.
Never tried to charm them, I prefer snarable mobs.
They don't summon.

Their PHs are A Valorian Guardian(but not all guardians)

Never seen them drop parchments or the ring but have seen them drop most of the other loot listed above.

The spell Earthen Embrace does snare them. I've only had this bounce a few times. Regular snare does not work from what I've tried.

I did have the Wristband of Strategy drop today!! Woot, now that seems to be rare. First time I've seen it drop since I've been here. The Spectral Parchments do drop from time to time. The only consistent drops are Hero Parts, Brick of Ethereal Energy, and Strands of Ether.

They are level 63 or so.

They hit for 580+. They sometimes tripple attack. They are immune to changes in their run speed.

They CAN be slowed.

They have moderately high sv magic, meaning, 4/5 roots bounce off , with tashan, 1/4 or so.

Greatter Fetters land about 3/5 of the time pre tashan, after tashan, I've never seen them resist GF.

They have roughly 28k HP. They are BARD MOBS , necros and enchanters can tap their mana. They drop Tear shaped rings and Wristbands of Strategy

They are relatively rare spawn all over the zone, they are about 1/10 chance to spawn in the place of a Valorian Guardian.

Faction hits are:

Your faction standing with the Batallion of Marr got worse.

just killed one at tents in Valor. Shaman slowed it. SK snared it, when snare faded it started walking off. Max hit was 583. 65 sk, 62 shm boxed, easy camp.

Every one I've killed has been even to me at 63. Probably killed about 20 of them.
Not always.

Not always immune to snare/root. Frequently, though.

Drops either have been nerfed or are very very rare. So far I have seen nada off sentries in about 50 solo kills (except vendor fodder).
Immune to changes in its run speed

Conned one, was even at level 63.

Immune to changes in its run speed.
these dropped from Sentry's

I have killed about 50AA points at least on the human camps in HoH.

Gaurdian's have a chance of dropping spects and ethereals, but no *loot* outside of vendor fodder.

The Sentry's have dropped Wristbands of Strategy (rarely) I've seen about 10 of them.

AND

A Tear Shaped Ring. ULTRA ULTRA rare.

However, given the fact that they DO drop loot....well they are worth pulling everytime
