Is it just me, or do these guys NOT look anything like their descriptions? Last I checked this guy was suppossed to be wearing a rotten cloak w/ a hood and he was suppossed to have a handsome face on a rotten body.
SOE decided that they wanted to remake the gods for PoP. They explained that all discriptions prior to PoP were that made of their followers, and not the actual form those gods take.
This post is correct. When you spawn Bertox you also get a message where it says something like "You see a vision of a handsome man with a decaying body. Then the image fades and you are faced with the sickening image of Bertoxxulous." That isn't exactly what is said but you get the idea. Sony know the lore they just decided they wanted to make him look a bit cooler, and they did. He is one hell of a fun fight.

Anywho, do people who gets pictures of various Gods actually kill them or just risk their neck to get a nifty screen shot? And if they do kill them, where's the loot? where's the nifty description usually supplied with big time mobs? (Like Trakanon) Oh well.

most of the guilds that off these bad boys do post images and stats of the loot on there own web site so check out there site if you want to try and keep up before it is posted here. like i think FoH have there own item search so they don't really need to post the items here.
I think the first guilds to kill these big guys don't post up all the loot because as soon as they say they got a Dagger of Godly Destruction from a level 70 mob, 10,000 level 12s start crying about how over powered it is and get it nerfed. It's happened before :)

Teleport nuttin, just have it summon a couple of dieties at a time, to camp his bind point and kill him for a while. Much much crueler
