Pathfinder Vaered says, 'Why, hello there, _____! If ye be a ranger, then perhaps you have come t'the right place in New Tanaan in your quest for knowledge. I know a thing or two about the wilds, fer I was indeed a ranger once before I heard the call of the Plane of Knowledge. Though I did progress beyond my power upon Norrath, I have never forgotten my studies and lessons there. T'help all adventurers that be coming t'New Tanaan these recent times, I have composed a few spells from memory of my days as a pathfinder of the Norrathian wilds. If ye be a ranger, perhaps ye dinnae mind searching my inventory. I may hold something of use t'ye.'
