I killed him this weekend with a 69 Shammy, 59 SK, 67 cleric, and 58 Monk. That was ubah overkill. Just my monk and a cleric would have been enough.
Zhaoku spawns immediately after the crusader recieves the stupendous tome and the crusaders coffin. He spawns correctly identified in the zone corner between the wall and the seb wall. He IS slowable. He has a lot of hps, but doesn't hit terribly bad. Max was like 220. But slowed he's a wuss. He did enrage around 15%, which was the only time he really did any damage to us. He dropped the bones I need for the whistling fists (all I need is fallen monk now and turn in to CT). He also dropped mage spell Aegis of Ro.

After the monk hands in the coffin and tome, Zhaoku spawns on the south border of the zone, at the wall with the arch that leads to sebilis.
Right in the corner where that wall meets the south zone wall, not on the sebilis side.
If your running back from the hand in along the south zone wall, you will run right into him.

He can drop spells, 2/3 kills I've been at (including mine) he dropped a spell. In my case it was Banishment, the 60th mage/druid spell.

This guy is relativly easy... Has roughly 20k+ HP, it could be more.. i wasnt really checking. He will summon but for his lvl he was rather easy. I did this fight with a few guildies for part of the WF quest, group consisted of 52monk 54druid 52warrior 52cleric 53cleric and a 60enchanter in one group, and me(52 shaman) just there to DoT and nuke : )
