Our tank was lvl 55 and said these conned red to him all night but were blue to me at 61 i would guess 58 or 59

Hmm either you're mistaken or they've changed this. The relaks have been higher lvl than these to my experience. How I know is our enchanter was testing w/ his different mezzes. Most things in there including the relaks needed a lvl 59 mez spell to be mezzed. Underlings could be mezzed w/ much lower spells. In fact he said one of the underlings must be 49 or below. And they obviously died much faster than relaks and Arachnaes.
