Have the key to time, did time raid, being flagged in different parts after killing Fabled in PoP and hailing the projections, I have all the dusts but dont get the Pouch from Sarhya the Dawnbreeze. Always get the answer:

You can enter all the Elemental planes and still get this error which means you did not do your final dialogue with Grand Librarian Maelin at the top of PoK. Once you tell him 'new lore' and 'i have information' then you will get flagged to be able to receive the pouch.

Im not sure about it. Correct me if im wrong.
This NPC is just beside Plane of Air zone in. After couple hail and chat with Sarhya The Dawnbreeze, you receive the Pouch of Swirling Winds, a 6 slots container.
You then need to collect 4 Mystical essence of Wind, Dust, Smoke and Mist that drops off the 4 Avatars on PoAir. Once you have all 4, you put them in the bag and hit the combine button to receive a key for Queen Xegony island.
Is that correct or im totaly wrong ? I will be able to test this as soon i can loot the 2 last essences i need.
