I don't know exactly *what* level Tuuak is, but he is *not* Level 44. I just Dire Charmed him, handed him 2x "Blade of the Kedge", and I keep getting the "Your pet's will is not sufficient to wield this weapon" message. So he must be under Lvl 40.
Casters beware , this mob summons
Guy has a PH of a regular citizen. Tuak is green to most people moving past him (I think lower than 44) and drops pretty easy- even a ranger could tank him. Both of the items he drop are for fashion over substance. His fishing pole might be one of the only off hand fishing poles most players will ever see.
